Start by reading the introduction. The first message points the group to a talking snowman. From there, each puzzle moves the story forward: through the kitchen, the forest, the stables, and more.
Players collect words along the way. In the final puzzle they use those answers to reveal the last clue, then the host reads the ending of the story.
